1. Standard Workshop Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellation Timeline

  • 72+ hours before workshop: Full refund

  • 48-72 hours before workshop: Workshop credit or reschedule

  • Less than 48 hours before workshop: No refund, but may transfer to another person

1.2 Refund Methods

  • Original payment method will be used for refunds

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days

  • Payment processor fees are non-refundable

2. Rescheduling Options

2.1 Workshop Transfers

  • One free reschedule per booking

  • Must be used within 3 months

  • Subject to availability

  • Price differences may apply

2.2 Workshop Credits

  • Valid for 6 months from issue date

  • Transferable to another person

  • Can be applied to any workshop

  • Non-refundable

3. Group Bookings and Private Events

 

3.1 Private Event Deposits

  • 50% deposit required at booking

  • Refundable up to 2 weeks before event

  • Credit only within 2 weeks of event

  • Non-refundable within 72 hours

3.2 Group Cancellations

  • Full group: Standard policy applies

  • Individual members: May be replaced

  • Minimum group size must be maintained

  • Custom events non-refundable within 1 week

4. Gift Cards

4.1 Gift Card Terms

  • Non-refundable

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase

  • Transferable to another person

  • Can be used for any workshop

5. Special Circumstances

 

5.1 Workshop Cancellation by FLOWRBUD

  • Full refund provided

  • Option to reschedule

  • Additional 10% discount on next booking

  • Notification provided as early as possible

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Full refund or reschedule option

  • Credit with 10% bonus if rescheduling

  • Weather decisions made 24 hours in advance

  • Emergency notifications via email and text

5.3 Health and Safety

  • Full credit for documented illness

  • COVID-related cancellations honored

  • Medical emergency exceptions

  • Case-by-case evaluation

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1 Workshop Experience

  • Issues must be reported during workshop

  • Opportunity to address concerns on-site

  • Make-up session may be offered

  • Partial credit for unresolved issues

7. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include booking reference number

  3. State reason for refund

  4. Provide requested documentation if applicable

7.2 Processing Time

  • Request confirmation: 24 hours

  • Decision notification: 2-3 business days

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days

  • Credit issuance: Immediate upon approval

8. Disputes and Resolution

8.1 Dispute Process

  • Submit in writing within 7 days

  • Include all relevant information

  • Response within 5 business days

  • Management review for special cases
